Leela & Lavender believes in standing behind our merchandise.  Our goal is happy customers that are satisfied & confident in their purchases….again & again.

Defects or Damaged Items:

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: 
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
  • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.


Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.

Returns & exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Online purchases may be returned to your nearest Leela & Lavender location with order confirmation receipt within 30 days of purchase. 3rd party payments (ex paypal or sezzle) used during online purchase will be credited back to a credit card of your choice in store as we cannot fulfill the refund back to these 3rd party vendors in store.  If you use Sezzle as a form of payment for your online order & return in store for a full refund, there will be no changes to your payment plan on Sezzle as you still need to pay off the original order.

Online purchases may be returned thru the mail using the carrier of YOUR choice.   

We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

    Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
    The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.

    Once the return/exchange is received we will contact you to let you know it has arrived and initiate the refund/exchange.  

    For exchange, please note on your packing slip what size you would like to exchange for - if we have the size you need we will ship out to you!  If we are out of stock, we will issue a refund.

    You will see the refund apply to your bank account within 5 - 7 business days.  

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping costs are not refundable.  We do not provide return labels.



    • Online purchases are processed within 48-72 hours of order being placed online and shipped Monday - Friday.  Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.   


    • Packages that are marked as delivered, but are "not received" are your responsibility to track down.  Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door -- sometimes they're tricky.  Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan & escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.
    • Leela & Lavender is not responsible for stolen packages, your best course of action is typically to file a police report & submit a claim via your home or rental insurance.
    • If you have any concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you may with to open an investigation either through your local post office, or by calling the main USPS support number at 1 (800) 275-8777 (select carrier to speak to a representative.). We have found that recipient-initiated investigations are a smoother process in terms of routing the inquiry through the correct channels, so unfortunately we are not able to offer to open the investigation on your behalf.
